Dennis C. Ray is the newest strategic advisor to iSentium, LLC. He brings with him a 35+ year proven track record in media sales and marketing. He is a multi-faceted media leader with expertise that includes sales, marketing, content creation, and TV and Film financing/deal structuring. He has serviced an exclusive list of Top Ten Advertising Agencies in New York and Chicago including: Carat, OMD, PHD, Universal McCann, MediaVest, MediaEdge:CIA, Mindshare, Mediacom, Starcom and Zenith Media. A partial list of national advertisers he has called on include Anheuser Busch, Burger King, Coca Cola, Ford, General Motors, Kraft Foods, Mars, McDonalds, Procter & Gamble, Toyota and Walmart.

Mr. Ray started his career in Broadcasting at NBC, where held several high-profile management positions, including Director of Eastern Sales for the Network. He became a Prime Time Account Executive handling an account list that included Anheuser Busch, Burger King, Coca Cola, and Toyota among others.

Key highlights:

1990- Mr. Ray joins Fox Broadcasting Company and becomes Vice President, Group Director of Sales. In his final four-year contract with the Network, his sales team generated over $600 Million in annual sales. Oversaw the build-out of The Fox Kids Network, Fox News Sunday, Fox Late Night, Fox Sports, as well as the launch of the Fox News Cable network.

2002- Founded and served as the President/CEO of StarMedia Properties, LLC, a media sales and marketing company located in New York.

2005- Joins independent broadband video company, Sandbox TV, raising over $3 Million in seed capital to launch their proprietary broadband video business.

2006- Consulted with an internet startup, Major League Gaming (MLG Pro), a video gaming league and online venture.

2007- His company, StarMedia, entered into an unprecedented Strategic Alliance with ION Media Networks and Omnicom Media Group (“OMG”) to form the first African American Broadcast Network Television Program Alliance venture that brought in over $7.5 Million in sales revenue in its first year.

2009- Co-founded and became President and CEO of Hacienda Heights, LLC, an independent television production company where he helped raise $2 Million in Private Equity to produce and distribute a Latin themed television series, “Hacienda Heights.”

At his company, DR Media Advisors, Mr. Ray was instrumental in brokering and licensing the first “scripted” series (“Love That Girl”) to the cable network, TV One. “Love That Girl” was created and written by Bentley Kyle Evans and Executive Produced by Mr. Evans and Martin Lawrence.
